漏電(dian)起痕試驗(yan)機原理間(jian)可(ke)能會引起絕緣(yuan)上的漏電(dian),產(chan)生的電(dian)弧對(dui)電(dian)器造成擊穿短路(lu)或由于放電(dian)使材料蝕損,甚至引燃導致火(huo)災。本試驗(yan)儀器就是模擬上述(shu)情(qing)況(kuang)對(dui)絕緣(yuan)材料進行的一種破壞性試驗(yan),用(yong)以測(ce)試和評定在規定電(dian)壓下,絕緣(yuan)體(ti)在電(dian)場和含(han)雜(za)質水作用(yong)時的相對(dui)耐漏電(dian)起痕性.
漏電起痕試驗機原理用(yong)(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)產(chan)品(pin)受潮(chao)濕和(he)雜質環(huan)境的(de)影響下,不同極(ji)性(xing)的(de)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)部件之(zhi)間(jian)或(huo)(huo)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)部件與接(jie)地金(jin)屬(shu)部件之(zhi)間(jian)可能會引起絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣上的(de)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian),產(chan)生的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)造成擊穿短(duan)路(lu)或(huo)(huo)由(you)于放電(dian)(dian)(dian)使材(cai)料蝕(shi)損,甚至引燃導(dao)致(zhi)火災。本試驗儀(yi)器(qi)就是模擬上述情況對(dui)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣材(cai)料進行的(de)一種(zhong)破壞(huai)性(xing)試驗,用(yong)(yong)以測試和(he)評定在規定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下,絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣體(ti)(ti)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場和(he)含(han)雜質水作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)時的(de)相對(dui)耐漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)起痕性(xing)。漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)起痕試驗儀(yi)適用(yong)(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)工電(dian)(dian)(dian)子產(chan)品(pin),家用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)固體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣材(cai)料及其產(chan)品(pin),如:繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)插(cha)座、轉(zhuan)換開關蓋(gai)、接(jie)觸器(qi)軀體(ti)(ti)等。
